Mystica Fresh Kombucha is a healthy and cost-effective beverage. We make a Step-1 Kombucha - a simple fermented sweet tea. We do not do a secondary fermentation, add flavouring, force carbonate, or add anything extra to our Booch. These are exceptional fermentations packed full of probiotics, electrolyte and hydration.
It's important to note that all our Kombuchas are made from our almost mythical Mystica Mineral Water - some of the best mineral water available anywhere in the south coast. Our water is packed full of important things like zinc and magnesium. There's even trace amounts of gold and silver right in the water we make our kombucha from!
